DISCLAIMER
Many highly respected ufologists claim that Milton William (Bill) Cooper is a liar and a fraud. Others are more than willing to debate the issue. Are all of his articles and lectures the truth, half-truths, or bold face lies? Many say Bill Cooper was given information, frequently and repeatedly over time, from members of the Secret Government who wanted the word out.
He has changed his story many times as you'll see when reading through his articles. Did he do this out of life-threatening fear from other members in the Secret Government or CIA who absolutely did not want the word out? Or are we witness to nothing but pure and simple CIA disinformation at it's finest?
It has been strongly suggested that I remove his articles from this site because of his tainted storytelling. But, when I hear so many others talk positively of him, I feel compelled and have decided to leave them here for you to judge for yourself. Believe him or don't believe him.
