Upon waking drink 1 tall glass of water.  Wait at least half an hour before eating anything.

Breakfast - 2 or 3 pieces of homemade millet breaad with generous servings of raw unpasturized butter and raisins, 2 sunnyside up eggs and a serving of homemade pickled vegetables.

Snack - a bowl of plain raw cow or goat yogurrt with raisins.

Lunch - Boiled natural or organic chicken witth brown rice, raw onions, and a serving of homemade raw pickled vegetables.  Drink the chicken broth from which the chicken was cooked.  (I cook the chicken with a couple organic Thai chilis.)  I usually add a sprinkle of seaweed and sea salt to my broths before I eat it.

Snack - fruit such as an apple or a bunch of strawberries with a big wedge of raw unpasturized cheese.  I like gouda or manchego.  I think I may have found a nice raw swiss cheese which I hope to be trying soon!  :o)

Dinner - A nice big Romaine/Carrot salad with about 6 raw oysters on the side.  Dressing is homemade by throwing about one or two handfuls of raw almonds in the food processor.  when sufficiently blended, add a slice of onion, a few sprigs of fresh dill, and either raw yogurt or raw milk.  continue to blend until you have a nice sauce consistency.  Add sea salt to taste.  Mix shredded lettuce and carrots with sauce and eat!  :o)

Snack - Another bowl or raw yogurt with raisiins.

Drink water whenever you feel like it during the day.
