Please keep in mind that my dietary program has changed since I began and most likely will continue to change slightly, however, the foundation remains the same--use only organic, unprocessed foods.
Upon waking- Drink one freshly squeezed lemon in a glass of room temperature water.
About a half hour later:
Breakfast-One or more pieces of fruit depending upon how big the fruit is. I have a banana with about a handful of nuts (Some say that almonds are the best, but I have been using pecans and walnuts. I buy the nuts that are still in their shells and just shell them myself.); and one or two pieces of homemade millet bread with raw, unpasturized butter and raw, unheated honey. Depending upon whether I still want to eat, I may have a half a cup of homemade yogurt with a teaspoon of raw unheated honey.
About an hour after breakfast- Drink 2 cups of freshly juiced organic vegetable juice. (One cup carrot juice mixed with one cup Romain lettuce juice, a tablespoon of Barley Green)
Lunch- Large organic salad, a little organic brown rice mixed with raw, unpasturized butter, sea salt, and a dash of cayenne pepper; some steamed cabbage; and a small baked potato depending upon how hungry I am.
(Large organic salad made up of sliced romain lettuce, shredded head cabbage, shredded carrots, mung bean sprouts, scallions or onions. For dressing, I use about a handful of ground sesame seeds, a heaping teaspoon of unheated honey, about 2 teaspoons applecider vinegar, one clove of garlic minced, a dash of cayenne pepper, and alittle sea salt to taste. Mix dressing ingredients then add to salad and toss well. Yum!...)
About an hour after lunch I take another 2 cups of vegetable juice. (One cup romaine lettuce juice, 1/2 a cup of carrot juice, half a cup of celery juice, and a tablespoon of Barley Green.)
About an hour after that I drink about 2 cups of distilled water.
About an hour later, I may have homemade yogurt with a heaping teaspoon of unheated honey. Sometimes I have a little fruit with that like fresh strawberries.
About an hour later, I have another 2 cups of vegetable juice. (One cup carrot juice mixed with one cup of cucumber juice and 1 tablespoon of Barley Green)
About an hour later is dinner.
Dinner - Ceviche-Raw fish (I've been using albacore) marinated in lemon or lime juice overnight. When I'm ready to eat, I add 1/2 a tomato, 1/4 onion, cilantro, chili, 1 avocado, and for an option I may have organic corn tortilla (no preservative or additives on package.)
About an hour after dinner, another 2 cups of vegetable juice. (One cup carrot juice mixed with one cup of lettuce with a tablespoon of Barley Green.)
If I
feel like it, I may have a snack about 1/2 hour or so after my last vegetable
juice. I either snack on some carob or have another yogurt serving
with unheated honey.
