All about royalty - Queensday 2000
This year, Queensday (Koninginnedag) will be held on 29 april 2000
The Queen will visit Katwijk and Leiden.
Unfortunatly, Prince Claus will not be there. His health does not allow it.
Also he will not be joining the 4 and 5 mai celibrations.
The Queen Beatrix will be accompanied by: Her sons prince Willem Alexander, prince Johan Friso and prince Constantijn.
Also her sister princess Margriet will be there, with her husband Mr Pieter van Vollenhove, and their sons prince Maurits with his princess Marilene,
prince Bernard jr and his fiancee Annette, prince Pieter Christiaan and prince Floris.
We hoped ofcourse that Maxima would be there, but an engagement is not announced, so she was not there.
When they are engaged, Maxima will be there also.
May be Maxima and Prince Claus watched together the television.
