Favor: Favor is determined by many factors, within the Outer Bailey, including influence, honor, respectfulness, etc. Discretion is up to the trained individual that is making the garment, and the Royal Seamstress, Mistress Ermengarde. Favor is never a set state for an individual, as it is always fluctuating.
*Low favor/ Newly Awakened*:
-Burlap/Hemp: Rough textured fabric. Hemp is a slightly finer weave.
Garments: Sacks/pouches, cloaks, vests, bodices, tunics
*Low to Mid-favor*:
-Homespun: Course Wool/Cotton.
Garments: Pants, bodices, vests, tunics, gowns, skirts, shirts, blouses, chemise, cloaks.
*Mid-Favor*: (Long time newly awakened, contributing in guilds)
-Canvas: Woven Hemp/Cotton. Course.
Garments: Bodices, vests, belts, caps, pouches, low quality footwear.
-Worsted: Tightly woven Wool.
Garments: Pants, vests, bodices, tunics, doublets.
-Gauze: Transparent Cotton.
Garments: Chemise, veils, under tunics, shirts.
*High Favor*: (Guild leaders, HGs, Acolytes)
-Muslin: Cotton, sheer to course.
Garments: Shirts, blouses, chemise, under tunics, hose, light gowns.
-Flannel: Plain woven Cotton/Wool.
Garments: Pants, vests, bodices, gowns, cloaks, scarves, shirts, hose.
-Felt: Compacted Cotton, Wool, or Fur. Heavy, dense.
Garments: Pouches, hats, caps, shoes, cloaks.
-Wool: Fine and Course textures. Course for lower ranks, Fine for higher.
Garments: Low: Vests, pants, tunics, cloaks, scarves, gowns, skirts, bodices.
*All Favors*:
-Broadcloth: Woven Wool fibers.
Garments: Tunics, gowns, shirts, pants, skirts.
-Cotton: Many levels of weight and quality.
Garments: Shirts, blouses, chemise, hose, gloves, handkerchiefs.
-Linen: Slightly heavier then medium cotton. Woven texture.
Garments: Shirts, blouses, hose, under tunics, chemise, skirts, light tunics.

All of these outfits may be accented with scarves, cloaks, caps and aprons as appropriate. Please note that chemises must be worn under both dresses and bodice/skirt combinations. It is not appropriate to wear a blouse with a skirt.
