XII       EVERYTHING MADE NEW.

 

REVELATION 21:1

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.

Humm!!
The whole universe became tainted with sin when the Devil rebelled against God and influenced man to sin so a new heaven and a new earth has to be made. The only way man would truly comprehend what it means to rebel against God was to live through the consequences of their sins and the sins of others and this apple that brought the knowledge of good and evil to man was by man's choice not God's. If man did not have the knowledge of evil he could not do evil or be influenced by it, plain and simple all knowledge is not good e.g. the construction of atomic weapons.

 

REVELATION 21:2-8

I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" Then he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true."

He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son. But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars-their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death."

Humm!!
Even though the storm clouds (the signs of the last days before Jesus return) are among us it's your faith in Jesus Christ which is important and not when God decides to let man completely destroy the earth as God already has a rescue package in place. When Jerusalem becomes an international city and the Jewish temple is built in Jerusalem then we know that the last of the last days are very near.

When the two witnesses come unto the scene then we are closer still and they are taken to heaven then even closer, when the daily sacrifice is stopped then 1290 days later the abomination that causes desolation(weapon of mass destruction) is set up in the temple then the time of desolation is about to occur and Jesus's return is within a couple of months.

Understand God better by reading the Bible - especially the New Testament, pray to God for faith, help and understanding for his will for your life and become a regular worshipper of a Christian church(one that teaches that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Jesus died for the sins of those who believe in him) so that the church can teach you about Jesus. READ YOUR BIBLE AND PRAY so that you know the truth and the truth will set you free otherwise you might be walking hand in hand with the devil. God is perfect-Christians are not but are forgiven want-to-bee's. God wants you and if he has to shake your tree to do it, you better believe that he will.

 

JOHN 3:16

FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONE AND ONLY SON, THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.

JOHN 14:5

JESUS ANSWERED, "I AM THE WAY AND THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME.
