Each year, I develop new student support initiatives and assess their successes as well as their failures. This process allows my department to constantly expand and improve our student success services. I attend professional conferences and trainings as often as possible, and learn new technologies as soon as they become available. When possible, I have linked my MSPTC course work to my professional position to maximize the program’s practical value to my continuing education. It is my intent to continue this life long learning process beyond my formal degree and throughout my career.
