The roman-gothic church of St Orso in Aosta In the crypt of the church of St Orso, the pillars are obtained from roman ruins St Orso himself, situated in the crypt of his church The church has a double roof (cross vaults) build under the 11th century pointed roof This is one of the frescos painted in the 10-11th century (now build in between the roofs)
Adjacent to the church there is a yard surrounded by pillars with sculptured capitals personating St Orso and other saints and disciples
