"How Hollywood Men Take Care of Their Bodies: Martin Milner

"Most of the exercise I get is through work. I have learned not to turn to candy or sugar of any kind as a source of quick energy when I'm feeling tired. Instead I'll have a glass of milk, some cottage cheese or yogurt. I've discovered that if I regulate the intake of carbohydrates, stay away from starches and sweets as much as possible and stick to eating cheeses, yogurt, fish and poultry I am able to control my weight without any hassle.

"Judy is very conscious of nutrition and has me on a regular schedule of vitamin supplements. We eat a lot of fresh vegetable salads with alfalfa sprouts. Since we own an avocado ranch we eat a lot of avocados in salads and in other ways. They aren't as high in calories as people think according to a survey conducted by the United States Agricultural Department.

"I play baseball with my sons and we all ride our bikes (motorcycles) together on the dirt roads near our home in Fallbrook. I do a lot of walking, swim just about every day and go water skiiking whenever I have time."
