Arroz con Leche (Creamy Rice Pudding)

1 c. regular white rice
1 c. evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
whole or 2% milk
sugar, optional
1 stick cinnamon

Place rice in pan with 6 cups of water and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk. Allow to cook over very low heat, stirring occasionally, until rice is cooked and pudding is the desired consistency. If the pudding gets too thick, add regular milk. Extra sugar may be added, if necessary. Serves 10.
