1 box Devil's Food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. water
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
1-12 oz. bag chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 300°. Pour oil into 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish or pan. Tilt dish until bottom is covered. Add remaining ingredients. Stir with a fork until well blended. Spread evenly in dish. Bake for 35-45 minutes.
