Huevos con Fritos (Breakfast Eggs)

2 corn tortillas per person
2 eggs per person
garlic
2-4 Tbls. vegetable oil
salt

Slice several cloves of garlic in half and sauteé them in vegetable oil. Cut tortillas into little pieces about an inch square. Remove garlic, and add tortillas to oil, cooking over medium high heat until crispy. Drain extra oil from pan. Beat eggs, and add to tortillas, stirring to coat and cook evenly. Cook until eggs are done; salt to taste. Serve with refried beans and flour tortillas.
