Marinade for Grilled Fish

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
2 Tbls. olive oil
1 Tbl. brown sugar
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Mix well. Marinate fish in the refrigerator for at least an hour and as long as overnight.

Broil or grill for 10 min. per inch of thickness, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste frequently with extra marinade while cooking. Turn once if fish is thick. This recipe is especially good with salmon steaks.
