Summer Pasta

I like this recipe because it uses two summer garden standbys: tomatoes and zucchini. What family with a garden doesn't have plenty of those two?

3 or 4 large tomatoes, chopped
2 or 3 medium zucchinis, chopped
4 or 5 garlic cloves, minced
about 3/4 c. fresh basil, chopped, or 3 T. dried
1 small package feta cheese, crumbled
1 lb. dried pasta... this is especially good with spaghetti or angel hair

Sautee the zucchini and garlic in olive oil until the zucchini is tender. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. When the pasta and zucchini are cooked, add the tomatoes to the zucchini to heat through. Mix vegetables, pasta, basil and feta, and serve. See... isn't it easy? Serves about 8.
