John Stokes, in an article in TLS on humor in current theater (Apr. 28, 1995) quotes the following patch of dialogue from Terry Johnson's "Dead Funny":

Richard: What did you have for lunch?
Eleanor: Three Martinis and an orgasm.

Eleanor's line then reappeared on British TV "in less decorous terms" in "The Live Bed Show."

Such has been the destiny of Jimmy Carter's phrase, "the three-Martini lunch" (see my book, Index, s.v. Carter, Jimmy).
