Hans Schleger (Zero) for Martini and  Rossi (1948)
 

Schlegers wife has written a book about him.  It is handsomely illustrated, and includes reproductions of all of his work for Martini and Rossi: Pat Schleger, Zero: Hans Schleger - A Life Of Design, with an introduction by Fiona MacCarthy (Aldershot: Lund Humphries, 2001), pp. 68-69, 110, 114, 115-16, 266.  Published in the U.S. by Princeton Architectural Press.  Schleger (1898-1976) was a key figure in the history of graphic design.  He was one of  the first to bring modernist design to the United States.  See Modernism and the Martini .
