Love lost love won

I hope to find myself under the warmth of your gaze,
That's where I will be one of these days.
Your love has taken another little piece of my soul,
When you have it all then you will have control.

So take a chance with me let me romance with you,
It's so hard to believe that my dreams come true.
My darling I love every little thing that you do,
My heart is exploding with my love for you.

My feelings are strong although I can't sleep with you,
I'm sure that you feel the heat inside, this passion too.
The book of love I read every single line,
Makes my love for you like a nursery rhyme.

My feelings for you have turned my life upside down,
Looking at the possibilities I don't see many around.
I'm just the pieces of the man I used to be,
Too many bitter tears raining down on me.

I hang my head and I advertise my soul for sale or rent,
For without you in my life I have no real intent.
Now that you are not here I have come to realize,
It is not raining but tears falling from my eyes.

Can I take you home with me tonight,
We can warm ourselves by the warm firelight.
Please darling open up your mind, and let me step inside,
Rest your weary head on my shoulder and let your heart decide.

When you're feeling down and your resistance is low,
I'll be waiting here for you don't you know.
Love is like a bed of roses it's no pleasure cruise,
The problem with love is some you win, some you lose.

While the sun hangs in the sky and the desert has sand,
While the waves crash in the sea and meet the land.
While there's a wind and the stars the sky is blue,
My love for you darling forever it will remain true.

Honey you're touching something you're touching me,
I'm under your thumb under your spell can't you see.
Honey you've started something deep inside of me,
This fire down inside you have brought it to be.

Some of the lines are taken from Queen songs,
And rearranged into this poem and dedicated
To the memory of Freddy Mercury.
