Pictures in my mind

Do I dream in colour or only black and white,
Can you have them in the day or only at night.
I dream of many different things but mainly of you,
I hope dreams come true I know I want mine too.

I think about the happy days and all the fun we had,
Laughing and joking in the home we called our pad.
Then along came the day we got onto a plane,
Which took us to a new place where we still remain.

The things we did the things we saw, I still see,
We found great joy and love you and me.
Different towns and many places we have seen,
From the Cape to Messina and many in between.

But of all the places and things that make me glad,
Are the times of happiness and love that we have had.
The nicest thing I remember it is one of a kind,
Is the sight of you in a picture in my mind.
