Here I am, standing... 
In a night of loneliness. 
Forever waiting & longing, 
for a brink of happiness. 

Through my search in vain, 
I found nothing but tears. 
The solemn life of pain, 
I walk through the years. 

Always suffering without peace,... 
Till the day I finally find, 
the missing piece, 
of this heart of mine 

Never before I felt so complete, 
filled with comfort & never ending relief. 
Even if my heart no longer beats, 
this love of mine shall always live. 

Even though I'm far from perfect, 
or worthy enough to be loved by you. 
I devote my purest love and respect, 
forever strong and eternally true. 

Without the light that you show, 
It will be hard for me to survive. 
All I want is for you to know, 
that you're the only love of my life.
