(my only thought here is that if a victim were to open a bank
account with 'security' in the title, the scammer is concerned that the
bank might pay more attention? Dunno)

And just in case you dont know how to go about forming a company name,
dont worry just send the money to the registra and let me have the
details of the money, i will form a companys name for us here before
Swearing an Affidavit on the name. I will now send you the name of the
company for you to open an account with it over there.
