The company name I would use is the People's
Investigative and Security Services.

Certainly. I will, of course, need the court
registrar's name and an official address for Western
Union. Get back to me as soon as possible with this
information.
I must say, Nigeria is a strange place to do business.
My experience with government and court officials in
the UK is that payments are made to the position of
the office registrar, not to the registrar himself.
However, when in Rome, do as the Romans do, as the
saying goes.
By the way, you still haven't mentioned how you are
doing. Perhaps it is inappropriate to say so, but I
feel genuine brotherly affection towards you.
(to some degree, this is true. I really enjoy baiting Dr.
Pedro, although I admit I would gladly kick the crap out of him, given the
opportunity)
