If it isn't too bold on my part, can I ask how old she is, and whether or not she is married? (And Dan called this one correctly. Seeing my response before he saw the family portrait, he correctly concluded that said daughter would be about 13, and innocently clad. Unfortunately, Luisa shut down this line of inquiry)

Real estate is always a sound investment. However, I hear that stock in power-generation utilities is presently very profitable, especially in the north-east of the US. (where a power outage left 50 million people in the dark.)
