Men argue and fuss about the letter of the Word
The Living Word they have never heard.
 Once their ears have opened, then they can hear
   The sound of His voice ringing loud and clear.

Bringing in the new, destroying the old
Rising up within, making us bold.
Yesterday is gone, forgotten and past
    Put Christ in your future, Spirit will last.

Speak words of Life, that you now hear
Spoken by Christ, the Living Word, in your ear.
 Light and life are words He speaks, destroying fear.
   To restore creation that He loves dear.

God placed a seal upon the minds of man
That He would roam the earth, and till the land
 When the time of prophecy was fulfilled.
   The seal would be broken, he'd see the life he had lived.

The Christ seed had been planted in obscurity
That he would rise within bringing us into purity.
 To the full measure of Christ, man shall stand.
    To restore creation and make new the land.

If you Sons would hear, what your Father has said.
And sound the trumpet, that will raise the dead.
  He that hath an ear, now let him hear
    The Shepherd calling his sheep, to bring them near.

His loving voice, OH! How I love that sound
Sons marching upward, round by round.
 Until we all come together, united to stand.
   One body of Christ, covering this land.
