Natalie's Fruit
Pizza
CRUST: 2 c. flour, 2 sticks butter, 1 egg, 1 c.
powdered sugar.
Mix together, press onto ungreased pizza pan. Bake at 350
degrees for about 20 min. til golden brown.
FILLING: 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar, 1
tsp. vanilla.
Mix together and spread on cool crust. Arrange fruit -
peaches, strawberries, kiwi, bananas, pears, raspberries,
blueberries.
GLAZE: 1/2 c. sugar, 1 Tbl. cornstarch, 1/8 tsp.
salt, 1/4 c. water, 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/8 c. lemon
juice.
In a saucepan, bring to a rolling boil. Boil two min.
longer. Cool but don't chill. Pour over fruit.
