 Summary: Best Ribs Around
(5 crabs out of 5)

Paul-This place is awsome! Ribs are 50% flavor and 50% attitude. Saying that they are great at both. The servers are usually very friendly, helpful, and attentive but can be on the slow side especially on weekends. The atmoshpere is great, blues music and posters all over the place. It puts you in the right mood to get some ribs on. I usually go with one of their ribs meals, though they also have some great chicken, sandwiches and other meals. You can get them wet, dry, or a mix of both. I suggest going with the mix at first if you don't know what your style is. I personally dig the wet ribs. It is flavored perfectly and 9 times out of 10 the meat falls right off the bone. Texture is very important with ribs so that is big time points if they can pull that off. The ribs also come with A+ cornbread, coleslaw and baked beans. The price is a tad up there but its not nuts and they give you plenty of great food to make it worth your while. The one minus might be that, yes it is a chain and I'm usually biased against them but in this case there is a reason why they became one, they have mastered the art of making ribs.
