Paul- This place
is a AMAZING. There is no other way to describe it. I have a friend
who had spent a summer in China and a year in Taiwan and says
nothing there comes close to the food they make here. There best
dish is the white meat orange chicken. It goes beyond description.
Perfect flavor and texture and as with any self-respecting chinese
place they give you a ton of it. The soups are A++. I personally
favor the Wonton but anything is great. The egg rolls are good...I'll
admit here that they are not the best I've ever had but they are
up there. The seller on the eggrolls is that if you get it in
house they serve it with the fabulous chilled duck sauce. MMMMM!
And the water, that's what really blows me away...the freakin
water is great. Its city water but they do something to it. It
might be best that I dont know what it is but whatever it is it
tasts great. Another highlight are the dumplings. Fried or steamed
they are very good but the sauce they are served with puts them
over the top. Heck just about everything they have is fantastic.
The service is always friendly, fast, and attentive. I admit I've
been going here for about 10 years now so maybe my chinese food
tastes are geared towards them. But whatever it is this is by
far the best Chinese food I will ever have.
