I was thinking the other day of folks who do not know our Father. They see no reason to change, or give their life to Him. They like life as it is.
I can remember knowing about Him, but not fully. Just enough to trust Him when I prayed. Then when He called me, opened up the scriptures so I could see all the wonder, and glorious knowledge of who they were it was awesome beyond words.
When I fully became His, trusting, loving, and living for Him all of my life changed. There was nothing in this world worth having in place of being His child.
When His Spirit was put in me, bearing witness that I was His child, it was a thrill that was greater than anything I ever experienced in my life.
When I found out no one in this world could say anything to change His mind about me, or cause Him to stop loving me. I had found a love so great no words could every be big enough to describe it.
Knowing I am a part of the family of our Father is so great. I may not understand a lot, I may see it from a different angle than someone else, but I am so glad to be in a family that is going to last for eternity.
No loving them, them dying. No hurting as we know it in the flesh. It is enough to know it will be. It is enough to be loved by them, and to love them. They fill my world. They fill my life. I know as long as that is so, I do not have to have any concern for loosing my life eternally.
As the song goes. When I have been there 10,000 years, I will
have only just begun.
