Sometimes it seems like things begin to tumble and just keep on tumbling in our lives for a while. At times it is hard to figure out where things are going wrong or when they started, so we can see if we did something wrong or it is just a period of testing our hearts. Either way it is hard.

I do not know exactly where it is in scriptures it is but I have read it. It goes something like this. When we see others who are evil doing so well and nothing seems to be going wrong with them, and we are having a hard time to remember this. They are getting their rewards now. We will get ours later.

If we didn't have test we could not grow spiritually. For you see at those times it seems to send us to our knees and to the scriptures more often seeking our Heavenly Father. Before even test I find that I have been studying, reading, meditating on the exact area I am being tested in. So our Father like a good teacher has given us instructions, time to study them, then the test. Only thing is we are not going to have one time to answer the questions then flunk the course. Most times after we fail in what we should have done we see where we missed the mark. This in itself is growth. Time and time again in our life we will get to learn, practice the lessons we have learned.

In each test we go through there is a base line for us. How we react to it, how we handle it, and how we feel. There are only so many emotions a human experiences and they are in circumstances we go through over and over, so what your grandparents went through in life and felt, you will feel the exact same things, you are wearing different style dresses, live a different style then they did, but human nature is the same. We must grow spiritually and these test, which are different for each child, touch our lives where it will do the most good.

So even though they are hard, pray and ask our Father what are the spiritual lessons you can learn from each situation. Also, you have this promise, nothing will be so hard for you that He let you spiritually die from it. He will make a way out. Another promise you can claim during a test is that for His children good will come from anything you go though. Most times it is a spiritual blessing first then other blessings.
