Equals...

Usually in a show or comic book each character has one specific bad guy/girl that he/she is paired up against. Here will be all of Sailor Mars counterparts through out the entire series.

JEDEITE

Jedeite is the first of the Negaverse Generals and Sailor Mars' counterpart for that season. Jedeite has the powers of Psychokenisis, illisions, force fields, fire/energyballs and sexiness.(Oopsie. where did that come from?!) He was killed by Sailor Mars in the manga, but in the anime he was the only general not killed. He was placed in an eternal sleep.

CATZI/COOAN

Catzi was the first of the Sisters of Deception and Sailor Mars counterpart. She was the oldest in the manga but youngest in the anime.(or is that the other way around. Not sure.) She matched Sailor Mars fire with a fire of her own: The Dark Fire. Catzi was truly in love with Rubeus, but when she was rejected she tried to blow up Rei's templ and herself. Sailor Mars saved her and Moon healed her with the Imperium crystal. She was the first sister to be turned good.

EUDIAL

Eudial was the first of the 5 Witches employed by Prof. Tomoe. She used her Fire Buster to steal peoples pure hearts. She was also one of the only ones to find out the true identities of the sailor scouts when she stole Mina's pure heart and they had to transform in front of her. She was very strog and came close to killing the scouts, but she was killed by Mimet, her replacement.

Sailor Lead Crow

Sailor Lead Crow of the sailor animates was mars' counterpart. She is from Cronis, where Rei's crows come from. As her name inplies, she resembles a crow and has large black wings. Her main attack was Galactic Tornado. She stole star seeds and managed to kill Sailor Mars guardians.
