Meanwhile, in a nearby village, a Mage named Clef is telling one of his students to go and find her twin sister and get back the Book of Spells. Mina agrees and is about to leave when a man with a gun-blade appearf before her. He tells her that he is coming with her as her guardian. Mina tells him that she doesn't need one, but Clef insists that Squall join her. Mina glares at him but says nothing. Soon our 2 groups meet up, and with Sephiroth's and Leta's insistence, become one group. Mina only agrees because she knows that if they find Rufus they will find her sister, who works for him. Now that everyone is together, the problems start. Squall is in love with Mina, but she wont let anyone near her. Rei and Sephiroth fight all the time, but they are both falling in love, but refuse to acknoledge or admit it. And poor Princess Leta loves Vincent, but he has the emotions of a cardboard box and doesn't seem to care, but underneath his icy exterior he has fallen for her. Mina can't stand Princess Leta and the only person Rei fights with more than Sephiroth is Squall. Then, to make matters worse, Rufus finds our team and decides to make thier lives a living hell. First he kidnaps Leta and makes her believe that no one cares about her and she tries to kill everyone. Once they have her back, Rufus makes Mina just like her sister, twisted and sick. While she is evil, she gives Rufus what he has always wanted : Rei. Squall tries to get Mina back, but in the end it looks like she has sacrificed herself to save her friends and destroy her sister. She is believed dead, but later she is found alive, but with amnesia. Then last, he makes Rei believe that Sephiroth and Co. are the ones that killed her family. She becomes the "New Evil" and fights by Rufus' side as the leader of the Turks. In a battle against her old friends she defeats them all and nearly kills Squall. After this happens, everyone splits up. Sephiroth is mad because Rufus took Rei away. Mina hates Rei for almost killing Squall, and all Squall wants to do is kill Rei. Leta gets taken back to the palace by her advisors.  Is this the end of our hero's? I don't think so. Check back soon, I will try to post more of the story every week.
