These two hotties right here are Loucorn (the one with purple hair) amd his right hand man Hower. (Is that how you spell it?) These two baddies are from t he third instalment of the Fatal Fury trilogy. Loucorn is my most favorite in the show because he has the whole evil thing going and he's a

little crazy.  Hower makes the list because he is evil, with an accent. Hehehe. It's kinda englishy, not quite sure, but it does make him irresistible.
