1) A tray of bread, salt, and a small flaming brand is
brought out
2) Take the bread, break it, put it back in the tray
Say: "You are refused bread"
3) Take the salt, raise, and replace it back on the tray
Say: "You are refused salt"
4) Take the small flaming brand from the brazier, thrust
it into the salt, extinguishing it
Say: "You are refused fire"
5) "You are herewith, by edict of the High Council and
concurrance of the First Captain, commanded from
the City of Port Kar, to depart before sundown
