HOA QUARTERLY DUES INCREASE - UPDATE!!
As announced both at the annual board meeting, and in previous newsletters, HOA dues have increased by 5% to $132.33 per quarter. However, invoices from Tri-State Management/Koger have not reflected the increase. Beginning with the third quarterly invoice, the amount due will include both the difference for the previous quarter, as well as the actual increase: $138.60.
NEW PARKING GUIDELINES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
Community stickers will be issued to identify vehicles that belong in our development. You will be asked to complete a form with specific information (e.g. year, make and model) for each vehicle that you own, and submit this to Tri-State Management/Koger.
Parking Regulations:
All residents of the community and all visitors are required to comply with the following parking regulations:
- No parking near fire hydrants.
- No parking in areas designated with yellow curbs or in handicapped parking spaces.
- No parking of recreational vehicles, boats, campers, trailers, junk/inoperable or similar vehicles in the visitor- designated parking.
- keeping or storing of vehicles, operable or inoperable, including vehicles without current state registration, county tax sticker, inspection decal, etc, in the visitor- designated parking.
- No extensive repairs or extraordinary maintenance of vehicles.
- No parking spaces may be used for accumulating or storing building materials, trash, etc.
- Any resident vehicle parked longer than 72 consecutive hours in a "Visitor" parking space may be subject to towing, as it would be considered stored there.
The Masons Passage Neighborhood Watch program needs your help. This program will not work without the active participation of our Homeowners. We need people who are willing to spend 1 or 2 hours per month as Block Captains. This entails helping to inform your neighbors on how to prevent and combat crime. The goal is education not confrontation. We also need people willing to serve as pet walker patrols and window watchers. Please contact Bob Mills at (703) 339-9639 or e-mail Rmills51@cox.net for additional information. Help us to make our neighborhood a safer place.
