Another shot of Salem's new Ladder 1, note: Salem's new apparatus have a gold Maltese Cross as opposed to the old Salem F.D. insignia depicting Salem's trademark...A witch.


Salem's old Ladder 1 a 1983 Maxim, refurbished in 1995 by Fire Resources...the refurb included, new paint, white and gold stripe, cab was fully inclosed into a 4-door, and a new upgraded lighting system added. Now with the new Pierce Ladder in service at H.Q., the Maxim, is now in front line service as Salem's second ladder truck, now re-numbered Ladder 4, out of the Essex st. station with Engine 4, a 1995 Pierce.


Salem Engine 1, a 1995 Pierce, with raised-roof command cab, and roll up doors, the '95 Pierce replaced a 1988 KME/Cinncinati, that truck now serves as reserve Engine 3.
