Sifu MASS (Tony Massengill)
Sifu MASS is recognised as a professional Life Skills Development Coach. He has served the residents of the Peninsula for 25 years in the field of Public Safety, as a Police Officer, Firefighter, and Emergency Medic. His Martial Arts training history spans 40+ years. MASS has earned Black Belt ranks in various systems including Kenpo, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Jutsu Kenpo, Kajukenbo and Instructor Certification in Chin Na (Chinese Grappling), Muay Thai, Pacific Island Stick and Knife, as well as the highest Instructor Certification in Wing Chun Kung Fu from the Hong Kong Wing Chun Athletic Association, issued directly by Grandmaster Ip Ching, son of Bruce Lee's only teacher, Ip Man.

Sifu MASS is on the board of Peninsula Crime Line, The Homeland Security Training Group, and is on staff with Savior Protection. In his career in Public Safety he has had many opportunities to work with “At-Risk” youth. MASS understands the challenges that today's youth face. He has conducted numerous Life Skills and Educational Training programs for youth during his professional career. He now brings his extensive experience to the children's and youth programs at MASS Martial Arts.

Sifu's students have included Law Enforcement Officers, Secret Service, Military Special Forces Personnel as well as many hundreds of civilians. He is an internationally published author on the subject of Personal Protection and a recognized expert in the field. In 2004 Sifu MASS was named The U.S. Chief Representative of the Traditional Ip Man Wing Chun Association. Sifu Mass takes his vast Martial Art training background combined with many years of street experience and training of professionals for realistic application in violent encounters, and brings the synthis of this knowledge and experience to the adult programs at MASS Martial Arts.
