well, isn't this a pretty picture. this is why i love the great state of texas so very much; children of all ages aren't afraid to frolic on top of the corpse of a once living animal that they killed with thier very own weapon.
what kind of sick person reared such a sick child? actually, i'm sure that the parents aren't to blame for this kid's aparently morbid sense of humor. it just developed on its own. right.
look at the smile on his face. that isn't a canned expression; he's genuinely proud of himself. ^_^
look at how he holds the deer. firmly grasping the antlers as if to say, in that warm, innocent, childish way, "hehe! i killed it!."
i especially like the glazed look in the doe's eyes and the pool of blood forming under the buck's head.
one last thing i would like to point out. it's not marilyn manson and doom or quake that incites young children and teenagers to seeming random acts of unparraleled violence. it's having to scanning pictures like this at the local newspaper. (well, that, and for people like the cute young boy in the picture, the need to move on to bigger game.)
