| Wally West Was A Big Fan Of The Original Flash (Barry Allen). When His Aunt Iris Introduced Wally To His Idol (Which Not Known To Iris At The Time, Was Iris's Boyfriend Barry), Barry (As The Flash) Explained To Young Wally How He Got His Powers (When A Lighting-bolt Hit Barry In His Laboratory And His Body Slammed Into A Case Of Chemicals). In This Re-enactment Of The Flashes Origin, Wally Got Hit By A Lightning Bolt And What Happened To Barry, Happened To Wally Too. Wally First Took Up The Mantle Of Kid Flash (In Which He Was Affiliated With The First Teen Group The Teen Titans), And When Barry Died (In The Crisis On Infinite Earth's) He Took Up The Name Flash, The Fastest Man Alive. Wally Has Taken His Uncle's Place In The JLA And Has Exceeded His Predecessors Speed, By Discovering The True Source Of Their Power... The Speed Force. He Discovered This With The Help Of Zen Speed Guru Max Mercury. Barry Has Also Assisted His Young Cousin Bart In Maturing His Speed Abilities And Is Now Respected By His Pears As A True Speed Master. |

Bart Allen Is The Grandson Of The Second Flash , Barry Allen A A Super Fast Hero From The 20th Century, Whom Immigrated To The 30th Prior To His Untimely Death During The Crisis On Infinite Earths. Bart Grew Up In A VR Chamber (In The 30th Century), Which Stabilized His Erratic Growth Pattern (Which Was Caused By His Hyper-Speed Metabolism). His Grand Mother Iris Foresaw The Only Way To Corrects Bart's Condition Was To Lead Bart To His Cousin Wally West (See Flash), Who Could Solidify Bart With The Usage Of The Speed Force (Which Wally Controlled). This Was Done And Now Bart Resides In Manchester Alabama With Zen Guru Of The Speed-Force Max Mercury And His Daughter Helen. |
