The town of Sieniawa is located 55 km northeast of Rzeszów near the San river. The palace was built in the first half of the 18th century and later rebuilt in the late-Baroque style. It served as the seat of the Czartoryski ducal family between 1795 and 1944. It was visited by Alexander I, the Tsar of Russia, and by General Tadeusz Kośćiuszko, Polish and American hero.
