Dog Cookies Deluxe

3/4 Cup hot water -- or
3/4 Cup meat juices
1/3 Cup margarine
1/2 Cup dry milk
1/2 Tablespoon salt
1 egg -- beaten
3 Cups whole wheat flour

Pour hot water over margarine. Stir in powdered milk, salt & egg. Add
flour, 1/2 cup at a time. Knead 3-4 minutes. Add more flour if dough is
not stiff.
Roll to 1/2inch thick. Use cookie cutters to shape and put on greased
baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and dry until
hard.
