info of, or about, the band, bailey drive
taylor here, the bassist of bailey drive. "what is that," you ask? well, let me tell you what exactly it is. bailey drive is a band; but not just any band. it's the only band within a long ways from any other band in camilla GA. yup. that's bailey drive. it consists of five people. their names are me (taylor) jeremy, jason, michael, and adam. i play the bass guitar. and it's a cool one too. you can check that out in the "can't forget this stuff" section. jeremy is the lead drummer.yep, you read correctly. he's the lead drummer. no, we don't have a rhythm drummer, but, when you think about it, who needs one anyway? right? ok. yeah, that's jeremy. then there's michael lamb. lol. michael lamb is the guitar man of bailey drive. (i'm not sure if he, or jason is the lead guitar, and which one is rhythm) he has a website. it hasn't been updated in about 20 or so years. yeah, that sounds about right. anyway, his les paul is out of comission right now. i forgot why. so he plays his really cool ibanez. did i mention that he's the 80' hairmetalman? yep. he sure is. "why," you ask? well, it's because of his amp. it's reeeeeeellly big. ok. next in the lineup is jason. he's cool. he plays a nice green les paul. and a reeeeelllly old peavey amp and cab. it doesn't work all the time though.  he doesn't have a website, so, just annoy the poop out of him until he makes one. jason. yep. umm....i can't think of anything else to say. not because that's all there is, mind you, but because, ummm, because that's almost all there is and i don't want to tell you all everything about him. geez. he needs a little privacy. ok. adam. adam harrell, to be exact. adam cory harrell to be even more exact. lives in ..............................BACONTON. ha. he sings with his crate p.a. that he got for christmas. it's cool, even though it feeds back a little bit. if there's anything to be said here, it's that adam........is............umm...........a great guy. yeah. he's got a girlfriend though, so all you frontman lovin lady hookers better watch out. yeah. well, those are all the people who consist of bailey drive,. or, those are the people of whom bailey drive consists of. but bailey drive is much more than some people who play music (daresay) together. it's an atmosphere. when you're around someone concerned with bailey drive, you start to feel all happy, and good, and joyful, and inspired to go do good things, and not to drink lots of alcohol. (that's why we plan to play at ******** school in the future) yeah, so, everyone should come to all of our concerts to feel the bailey drive atmosphere. because when you leave, you will be happy, and all that other stuff that the atmosphere makes you do and feel. bailey drive almost has a song. actually, we have a few guitar and bass and drum riffs/beats that we sometimes put together with other guitar and bass and drum riffs/beats to form choruses and verses. every once and a while we have a bridge, but, sadly, no words or names so far. (see "songs") yeah. those are all of our songs. if you have seen bailey drive, then, well, feel lucky, because not many people have.(see "places we've been") lol. but that will soon change. (see places we're going," or something like that)  i'd also like to thank mr. bryan, of southside church. he rocks, and, without him, we probably wouldn't be playing at the ag-center, or probably at any of the other places we're gonna play at.
"what kind of music does bailey drive play," you ask? well, let me tell you exactly what kind of music bialey drive plays. it's a new genre called "heavymetalpunkalternative-emo" we made it up. yeah, you'd just have to see us play to aquire a better understanding of this genre. it's one of a kind. "how do you play heavymetalpunkalternative-emo," you ask? well, here's the secret. you just play lots of songs by other bands that are all in different genre's, and then make up lots of songs that are also in different genre's, and presto. you are now a heavymetalpunkalternative-emo band. well kids, i hope this gave you a better understanding of what exactly "bailey drive" is. i also hope that you come see us play, or already have seen us play. (you know you're cool then). hope i didn't ramble for too long. and good luck. "good luck on what," you ask? i'll tell you exactly what good luck on. lol. just kidding.

a lot of stuff has been going on recently. not really. my amp blew up. i turned it on one day, and the volume was all the way up, and i played a note, and it blew up. i think maybe the voice coil is messed up. anyway, i bought a new cabinet. oh yeah. it's an ampeg 8x10 cabinet. we had another show. you can check it out in the places we've been section. it was cool. jason's amp screwed up too. the jack fell out of the back of it. we plan on fixing his amp though, not replacing it. jeremy got a new drum head. it's all clear and stuff. the other day, me and michael got a whole bunch of stuff from the church that we can use in the future. we got this peavey mixing board that has like 8 channels. it's cool. we got this ev monitor that they used at desciple now. and we got this 15 inch speaker that will hopefully limp me along until my ampeg comes in. it doesn't have a jack in the back either, so it will have to be replaced. yep. we plan on mic-ing jeremy's drums in the future, and adding on to our p.a., so, hopefully, it will work out, and we will come across the money somewhere.
jason got a new marshall head. it rocks. 50 watts, tube, etc.  bought it from matt. he plays with one of michael's crate cabs.
can ya'll believe we were on tv? public access maybe, but tv nonetheless. i though it was cool.
i typed the coolest story. i call it "bailey drive, life story so far." ya'll should check out the history.  oh yeah, we have a fan website. completely created by a fan. lol. check that one out too.  some more news. baileydrive show in 2 days. may 19, carshow in albany. hope to see you there.
hoohahaha
i created a song. it's made entirely by me. except for the lyrics and drumbeat. hoohahaha
let me tell ya'll somethin. i saw the rippingtons the other day. oh my goodness. they were so awesome. kim stone was the bassplayer. i think he could possibly take out flea. anyways, i talked to him after the show about his amp (a gallien krueger 800rb), and told him i like it. he said it was the best "over-the-counter" amp you could buy. and he also said that anything less than 400 watts sucked butt. i told him what i played, and he liked all of it cept the hartke head. i agreed with him.
oh yeah. we had a show tonight. it was cool. you read about it if you want.
