places bailey drive has traveled to before.
october 13: 2001
(before it had it's name) bailey drive had it's first concert.  it was a big party out at jeremy's house.  a whole lot more people than i expected came.  i guess the turnout was somewhere around 70 or 80 people.  back then it was just me, michael, and jeremy.  we played a couple of deftones songs.  it was purdy cool.
new years eve, dec. 31-jan 1, 2001/2002
bailey drive had it's second concert thingummy.  (also before it had been named) it went down at southside baptist church.  not nearly as many people as the aforementioned gathering of musical talents. there were a few youth, about 6 or 7 i guess. (not including the band) a lot of old folks came around. i think they had fun.  mr. parker played some stuff before bailey drive came out.  a few of the athens cool people were there. you can check them out at another part of my page. whulp, that's about it.

oh yeah, blake played too. it was cool.
concert number 3. (i forgot the exact date, it was sometime in february i think.)
before the show, we (me, michael, adam, joseph gaines, joseph harper, chris, and shaun fitzgerald) built a stage. it was cool. everybody came over and we played. bailey drive came out first. i think we did pretty good. um.......scott's bonnett played after us.their guitar player rocked. they did good i thought. lol. they played the original version of "summer of 69." i loved it.

this concert drew our biggest crowd yet. it was estimated with a sign in sheet that there were 250 people, or somwhere around there. yep. mr. parker and the old geezers played before us, and brian spoke. it was all good. some other guy spoke too, i didn't know him though. altogether, i think it was a success, even though we did mess up a few songs.

whulp, there were definetly a bootyload of people at the carshow, but not a whole lot of them watched us when we played.  i'd say there were, um, about 4, maybe 500 people there.  lot's of cool cars to look at, but when they did the spl contest, and all those cars went through there like 4 times, it got annoying.  we sold some t-shirts, and got recorded by lots of people, so i guess all the publicity is good. but i wouldn't really know a lot about all that. i just think playing music is fun.

oh yeah, this was the debut of our new song
free, which i think is the coolest song we play.

not a lot to say. except that this was a kickbooty show. we played about everything we know. including like 4 new originals. about 75-100 people there. i think. didn't count or anything.  i think we're gonna donate some t-shirts for our mosh crew, which consists of hunter, brannen, houston, eddie, and maybe some other people. they rock though.

we found out about this show approximately 3 1/2 minutes before we played in it.we played some songs by us. maybe 20 people. most of them adults or 6-year-olds.

bailey drive and 2 week notice. maybe 25 people there. blake organized the whole thing. it was in thompson. we drove a long time to get up there. i slept, and read some. it was a cool show i think. even though 2 week notice did show us up, i don't care.
#9 first baptist 2002 (forgot the date)
was cool. played for some old fellers. no idea how many folks there. did lots of songs in our second set, after the old people departed for bible study. crazy stuff.
