+ September 5th, 2000 - Natashya Lorien Hawley is born to Tori and her husband Mark Hawley. This is their first and only child.
+ August, 2001 - Strange Little Girl is played on radio stations as the anticpated first single of Tori's upcoming album, Strange Little Girls. The song, however, was never released as planned as an official single.
+ August 30th, 2001 - plays one sneak peak show of the StrangeLittleTour in London, UK. It is a glimpse of the coming album soon to be released.
+ September 17th, 2001 - the UK and Australia release of Tori's sixth full studio album, Strange Little Girls.
+ September 18th, 2001 - the US release of Strange Little Girls, just one week after the tragic events of September 11th in the United States. It debuts at #4 in the US charts, #8 in Canada.
+ September 18th, 2001 - Tori sings Time on The Late Show with David Letterman, bringing him to near tears in his first show since the 9-11 attacks.
+ September 28th, 2001 - begins the StrangeLittleTour in full in West Palm Beach, Florida.
+ November 14th, 2001 - plays Rattlesnakes on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
+ November 16th, 2001 - plays Real Men on the Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn.
+ November 20th, 2001 - the last US show of the SLT in San Diego, CA. It is a twin bill, with two shows in one day for the first time since the DDI tour. There were 28 US shows.
+ November 24th, 2001 - Tori officially leaves Atlantic after 10 years with them, and joins Epic Records. Tori recorded her first 6 albums with Atlantic.

+ November, 2001 - The official "Tori Amos: Lyrics" book is released by Omnibus press, containing lyrics to 102 of Tori's songs on 144 pages.
