 Maintain a good diet. Reduce the intake of food with high content of preservatives, additives and food colorings such as canned foods.  |

 Eat foods or take supplements which contain vitamins, carotenoids and antioxidants such as Vitamin A, B, C and E.  |

 Avoid using talc powder on the genital area for it contains magnesium silicate and asbestos which are carcinogenic.  |

 Eat fresh fruits and vegetables which have been washed thoroughly.  |
