Another vacation come and gone. This year was Lobster season in the Florida keys. Islamorada specifically.We stayed in lower Matecumbe key and fished and dove for lobster until we were sick of it. A terrible feeling.
some of the pictures here are from the trip. I have also updated the fish pictures with some recent catches. Thanks again to Captain Mark Krowka for the spectacular catches. The Permit and Tarpon around in the July-August timeframe are unbelievable. Great time.
On another tack, a friend bought a house in the Orlando area on one of the chains of lakes. I could not pass up the opportunity to capture some of the trees on the lakeside of his property. I think that the effect that Black and White format has on pictures like this is captivating.
