Remains of Desecrated Beliefs By Alexandra
The dreamer has changed her dream
When she saw that life was calling
It came one night, with great surprise
The revelation of who she shall become
Awakening from a long sleep
Realizing what life is all about
Shocking and frightening for the coward
But the change is slow and comforting
The thin crust of frosted apprehensions
Melts as I slowly reach comprehension
Stumbling often on stubborness
Falling sometimes from tiresome questionning
Puzzlement over what man thinks
And wonder over what he holds
I tend to leave the space unfilled
So that everything can be
The candle has been lit carefully
By the hand of the one who wants to see
Despite the brightness of the flame
The candle sheads light on herself alone.
