8/1/03: The flat part on the left is under the garage entry. There will be a short 4 foot wall on top of the footing. The left near corner has about a 5 foot tall footing, should be lots of support for the 8 foot wall on top of it for the corner of the garage and the support end of a retaining wall going up the driveway. The form of the house should be more recognizable in the next couple of days when the foundation walls go up.
