8/12/03: Lots of work breaking off the ends of the steel tie straps in order to remove the forms. Each one has to be hit with a hammer once or twice. The concrete was steaming and felt like being in a sauna standing next to a section where the panels were just removed. Since he was short handed I broke off most of the ties. Finally good to be participating in the construction instead of having to just watch.
