8/22/03: There was a large boulder just over the property line which was pushed and pulled over to the next property. Fortunately the adjacent land is still owned by the site developer. The first attempt was made on the driveway and since its too steep the boulder was moved to allow attempting a curving descent closer to the property line. The excavator was on level ground, the weight of the rock is pulling the back end up in the air as the operator tries to move it.
Once the driveway is in they should be able to dig the trench for the power conduit. Then I won't have to ask my generous neighbors to charge the truck at their place any more.
