The DK = "Dark Knights", a Dark Zoid Iron Kong, part of an order dedicated to preserve Guylos culture from Zenabas influence.

EPZ-02  Iron Kong  MkII Ltd
The Iron Kong MkII Ltd started out as a combination of several sources. The feet, and other parts from that sprue, as well as the motor box are from an Iron Kong technozoid. The limb inner workings are  also from a TecknoZoid IK. I had previously painted these  useing TEMPO "Dark Grey" (a flat black) primer. The armor, caps and back pack are from a NAR IK . I painted the armor with TESTORS "Flat red.", and two coats of "metalic  red". The chest plate is going to be replaced with a "Gore" version, and I'll hack the motorbox to use a "AA" cover at that time. The back pack has been adjusted to fit the thruster pack and additional missiles correctly. The Custom Parts are unpainted, these are from an OJR Empire Custom Parts kit. However the searchlight lens and cockpit cover are from a CP-11. The power hoses are cut from airline for an airbrush.
EZ-015 Iron Kong DK
The Iron Kong DK started out as a NAR IK. The armor is  painted with Tempo brand "Dark Grey" primer. This drys quickly, and can be buffed to a satin finish. This leaves any paint in low spots and detailing as a darker shade. I may still ink these. The limb inner workings are painted useing TESTORS  "Gunmetal" buffable metalizer paint. The motor box is a mix of parts from a NAR Dark Horn and a NAR IK. I 
painted the raiser part of the shell from the IK motor box to match the color on the Dark Horn shell. I panted the battery cover in TESTORS buffable metalizer "Magnesium" to match that of a OJR Dark Horn.The PK weapons are in the original color. The added CP-11 thruster pack and verniers are painted graphite black and 2 shades of  TESTORS buffable metalizer,  "Gunmetal" and "Titanium".

Monkey Butt
The Iron Kong PK started out as a NAR IK, with a CP-11 added. The armor was painted with TESTORS "Flat red." And the inner workings are painted useing TESTORS  "Gunmetal" buffable metalizer paint. I painted the  fingers and toes using a gloss "graphite black" carcolor.   I then inked all of the armor using watered down black acrylic craft paint. I also mounted a hyperbright LED in the searchlight, and 6 blinking LEDs in the sensor unit. The 6 cells of the sensor unit blink in random patterns. The power hoses are cut from airline for an airbrush.
  
While there's nothing stealthy about a  209 ton Gorillia, it's still fun to pose them in a Jungl setting.
