For the termwork you have two choices: Either you can prepare a search project or want to translate a given work into another language. Now in details,

1. You can search a certain subject which is listed in this site at Ideas page. Take any subject there and prepare a complete research paper introducing the definition, propositions, advances, examples, related subjects and proofs in not less than 5 pages. For the excellence of the termwork the following will be considered:

*Clearness
*Order
*Compactness (staying inside the given material)
*Connectedness
*Samples
 

Any termwork must be returned to the teacher 2 weeks before the end of the semester ( that is, before 17 May, 2002).

2. You may translate the following resources in English:

*2001 University Preparation Book
*2002 University Preparation Book
*The Olympiad Preparation Booklet

For the termwork, you are going to translate  any section of the above books, which you will decide by the teacher, from Russian into English. University Preparation Books include tickets. Asking to the teacher you will choose one among 30 tickets including nearly 50 questions. It is also same for the other book. For further information apply to your teacher.

The return date is also same as the above choice.
